Bruce Phillips
Independent Non-Executive Director appointed on10/03/09 and is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee. Mr Phillips has over 30 years of technical, financial and managerial experience in the global energy industry. He has worked on projects throughout Australasia, South America, the UK, Southeast Asia and East Africa. He founded Australian Worldwide Exploration Limited in 1997 and was its managing director from the IPO in 1997 until his retirement in 2007. He also held prior positions as a Geophysicist with ExxonMobil, Business Development Manager of Command Petroleum, Consulting Energy Advisor to Prudential-Bache Securities, General Manager of Petroleum Securities, and was an expert technical advisor to The News Corporation Limited. Since retiring from public company executive roles in 2007, he has been an independent non-executive director of Sunshine Gas Limited (2007-2008) and AGL Energy Limited (2007-present).

Bruce Coleman BSc, BCom, CA
Independent Non-Executive Director for three years and member of the Audit & Risk Committee. Mr Coleman has worked in the Finance and Investment industry since 1986. He was the CEO of MLC Investment Management from 1996 to 2004. He has held various directorships within MLC Limited, Lend Lease and the National Australia Banking group. Former Director of MLC Limited from 2001 to 2004. Mr Coleman was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Platinum Asset Management Limited (the newly listed holding company of Platinum Investment Management Limited) on 10 April 2007.

Dick Morath
Independent Non-Executive Director appointed on 27/03/09 and is Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee. Dick has more than 35 years’ experience in funds management and banking. Dick currently holds several board positions with organisations that operate under the National Australia Group of companies. He is Chairman of the Advice and Licences Board and all Financial Planning companies in National Wealth Management in Australia, and of the Compliance Committee for allthe National Wealth Management dealerships and National Australia Financial Planning. He is Chairman of Plum, the group vehicle providing member services to the corporate superannuation market and a Director of PFS Nominees, the Plum Trustee, and of MLC Nominees, the trustee for all the superannuation business of MLC. Dick also chairs National Australia Trustees and MedFin, a wholly owned subsidiary of National’s Business Bank which provides financial services to the medical/dental market. He is also a Director of BNZ Life. During his career in financial services, Dick has held senior and leadership roles with the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney and State Bank of NSW. He has worked as Managing Director of Australian Bank in the 1980’s, was CEO of MLC Retail Funds and CEO of MLC’s corporate funds business in the 1990’s. Before retiring in December 2001, Dick worked with Lend Lease Corporation as Group Executive and was responsible for relations with media, analysts, shareholders and government.

Kerr Neilson BCom (UCT), ASIP
Appointed as Managing Director upon incorporation. He is the Managing Director of Platinum Investment Management Limited, the Company's Investment Manager and Platinum Asset Management Limited. Prior to Platinum, Mr Neilson was an Executive Vice President at Bankers Trust Australia Limited. Previously he worked in both the UK and South Africa as an investment analyst and fund manager.

Andrew Clifford BCom(Hons) (UNSW)
Appointed a Director of the Company upon incorporation. He is a Director of Platinum Investment Management Limited, the Company's Investment Manager. Prior to Platinum Investment Management Limited, Mr Clifford was a Vice President at Bankers Trust Australia Limited.

Malcolm Halstead CA
Finance Director and Company Secretary. Appointed a Director of the Company upon incorporation. He is a Director of Platinum Investment Management Limited, the Company's Investment Manager and was appointed a Director of Platinum Asset Management Limited on 20 February 2007. Prior to Platinum, Mr Halstead was a Vice President at Bankers Trust Australia Limited. Previously he was with Price Waterhouse, Sydney and Jolliffe Cork, London.
